"Triumph Sky High" Experience Day
A visit to aeronautical facilities helped enhance understanding of the aviation industry

Dr Odalia Wong, Member of the Steering Committee on the Child Development Fund, together with a group of CDF participants, took part in the “Triumph Sky High” Experience Day, which was an aviation experiential activity organised by the Hong Kong Airlines during the summer holiday this year. Contents of the programme covered learning about how inflight meals were prepared, getting to know the workflow of ground services at an airport check-in counter, entering the apron and boarding a plane to have interaction with the captains and cabin crew, as well as understanding the structure of the cockpit and the cabin and the use of life jackets, etc.
