Project Highlights:
- Life planning – participate in a wide range of activities to gain deeper self-understanding and help devise the personal growth plan
- Mentorship – develop effective communication, enhance self-confidence and improve teamwork
- Savings plan – improve financial knowledge and ability to make best use of the targeted savings
Activities at a glance:
For participating children
- Personal development plan: cultivate positive attitude and enhance communication skills
- Youth growth group: enhance self-confidence and improve teamwork
- Life planning: personal growth education, volunteer service, training camp and workshop
- Financial management training: complete targeted savings
For parents / guardians
- Workshop: provide positive guidance to support the participants to achieve short-term and long-term goals
- Family activity: strength parent-child relationships
- Financial management training: instill financial planning concepts
For mentors
- Mentor training workshop: enhance communication skills and increase willingness to serve
- Training camp: sharing between mentors and mentees to strengthen relationships

Mentor recruitment
The "Dream to Leap" project welcomes applications from those who meet the following criteria:
- Aged 18 or above
- Mature, responsible and enjoy communicating with children
- Willing to make a three - year commitment, inspiring and supporting their mentees along the way
- Previous experience in mentoring and youth services preferred
