To provide more opportunities for young people to participate in policy discussions and understand government operation, the Home Affairs Bureau (HAB) has regularized the MSSY launched by the current-term Government and expanded it to cover more boards and committees. Young people aged between 18 and 35 with a commitment to serve the community may self-nominate to become members of the specified government advisory committees through the Scheme.
The MSSY Phase IV is now open for application. The number of participating committees has increased from 10 to 15, covering more boards and committees with a wider spectrum of policy areas. The Steering Committee on the Child Development Fund is one of the participating committees of the Scheme. Please refer to the related press release and visit the website of the HAB for details.
