学员投入电影世界 学习拯救地球

今年4月3日，20名儿童发展基金学员参与第四十届香港国际电影节，有机会欣赏其中一套精选电影《自己地球自己救》，更获安排与嘉宾讲者周思中於放映会後进行分享。该套外语纪录片讲述导演兼女主角与其他有儿有女的电影人，一同走访世界各地，探索各种可行且正在实行的环保方法，以抵抗气候变化，包括到访以地热能和风力发电的冰岛，以及尝试以城市种植振兴经济的美国城市底特律等。学员透过电影，了解到人类正面临重大危机，并学习如何由社区做起自救工作，齐来拯救地球。

伊斯兰脱维善纪念中学 "Tomorrow (Demain) is an amazing film. I learned a lot of new things such as the flaws of the global capitalist financial system, political processes and even gained many ideas for potential businesses in an alternative economic system. The film was enlightening, and quite touching in an unusual way. I have never seen such a film in my life, that made me want to get up and do something concrete about impending catastrophe brought about by global warming. I wish all the concerned people could watch it and come together to work on programs to save our environment." |
